What we build

If you can explain it, we can automate it.

Whatever your audit says will pay: AI agents, workflow automation, data pipelines, live dashboards and custom software. It might be one agent, or a platform that runs the whole business.

The only rule

Dream first. We’ll worry about possible.

Bring us the idea you’ve been told is too big, too tricky or too weird. The dreaming’s your job. Working out if it can be built is ours.

  • No ceiling

Don’t shrink the idea to fit what software does today. Give us the version you’d actually want.

  • A straight answer

We work out what it takes, what it’s worth and whether we can build it. If we can’t, we’ll say so.

  • The harder the better

The tricky jobs nobody’s had a go at are the ones we fight over.

How hard is it?

The harder it sounds, the more we like it.

  1. Warm-up

“Read every supplier invoice and catch the overcharges.”

    That’s a Tuesday.

  2. Fiddly

“A customer photographs the problem. It prices it, finds a gap in our backlog and books the job.”

    Getting warmer.

  3. Hard

“Price a whole tender from the drawing set.”

    Now we’re talking.

  4. Harder

“Point my phone at a wall and see every pipe and cable behind it.”

    Hold my beer.

  5. Properly hard

“Measure every roof in the city from satellite, then show each owner their own house finished, with a price on it.”

    That’s more like it.

  6. Sounds fun

“See the hail coming. Move the crews, order the stock and text everyone in its path.”

We’d love a crack at that.

  7. Sounds impossible

“Give it the plans and it runs the whole build. Orders the materials, books the trades, watches the site, fixes the program every night and hands me the keys.”

    That’s the one.

  8. Yours

    Your idea goes here.

    Go on. Try us.

    Tell us the dream

Your turn

What would you build if nothing was off limits?

Write it the way you’d say it at the pub. It doesn’t have to be sensible, or even finished. A founder reads it and tells you what it’d take.

The dreamA founder reads every one

Tell us the dream

One line is plenty. We’ll come back with what it’d take and whether we can build it.

Confidential. Saved as you type and goes straight to the founders. Need an NDA first? Just say.

What we build

A single automation won’t save you

You’ve probably tried duct-taping tools together. A Zapier here. A contractor there. A chatbot on top. It works until it doesn’t. What actually scales is a unified system: clean data, intelligent workflows and AI that understands your business end to end. Here’s the size of what’s possible. Yours will be different.

  • Tools without a system create noise.
  • Workflows built on dirty data collapse under pressure.
  • Speed without intelligence just scales your problems faster.

On site

  • The build that runs itself

Give it the plans and it runs the job. It orders the materials, books the trades, watches the site through the cameras, fixes the program every night and hands you the keys.

  • Wall X-ray

Load the plans once. Point a phone at any wall and it uses the phone’s position to show every pipe and cable behind it, right where they run.

  • The storm tracker

Knows every site, crew and machine and what weather each can take. It sees the hail coming, moves them, orders the stock and texts everyone in its path. Next morning it messages past customers in the hail zone.

  • The toolbox that talks

Sits on site and remembers every job and tender. It watches the cameras, tells you exactly where the job’s at and keeps the team moving.

  • The leak finder

Point a phone at the site. It listens for the sound a leak makes and pinpoints the spot, so nobody’s pulling up a floor to find it.

  • A site walk that quotes itself

Film the site on your phone. It builds a measured 3D model, writes the scope and prices the job from your real costs before you’re back in the ute.

  • Sites that report on themselves

Cameras and drones check what’s built against the plans every day, measure progress, write the progress claim and flag variations before they cost you.

Winning work

  • Quote the city

Measures every roof in the city from satellite photos, then sends each owner a 3D view of their own house finished, with a price on it.

  • Snap it, booked

A customer photographs the problem and sees it fixed. It prices the job from your real costs, finds a gap in your backlog and books it. The office never touches it.

  • Your backyard, priced

The customer scans their yard with their phone. Next day they get a render of the pool and deck in their actual backyard, with a price, and nobody drove out to inspect it.

  • The upgrade nobody asked for

Reads every past job, warranty and lifespan, works out what’s wearing out and sends each customer a 3D proposal showing how the upgrade pays for itself.

  • The block finder

Reads satellite and zoning data for every block that could be subdivided, then shows each owner how it would pay for itself.

  • The knock-on engine

Reads the news, the weather and the council minutes every day and works out the knock-on effects, so you know who’s about to need you before they do.

  • New owner, new proposal

Every home sale in your area becomes a proposal in their letterbox by the end of the week.

  • A whole estimating department

Reads the full drawing set, does the take-off, prices it from years of your own job costs and writes the tender, ready for your estimator to sign.

  • Your client’s home in 3D

A render of their actual house, with every piece of furniture placed to exact measurements and a realistic CAD preview they can walk through.

  • A sales floor that never clocks off

Agents answer every call and enquiry, qualify the job, quote it, book it and keep chasing until there’s a yes or a no.

  • From your website to your workshop

Customers design it in 3D on your site and get a price on the spot. The order and the cut list go straight to the floor.

Running the place

  • A live model of your business

Every job, truck, person and dollar in one model, so you can test a price rise, a new hire or a second site before you commit to it.

  • Dispatch that rebuilds itself

A job runs over, the weather turns, someone calls in sick. It reads where everyone lives and every address, offers new rosters to accept in one click and tells everyone affected.

  • An ops manager that works nights

Reads every job overnight, runs the morning meeting, hands out the fixes and chases them until they’re done.

  • A brain for the whole company

Every email, job file, photo and phone call since day one, in one place your team can ask anything, with the source for every answer.

  • The headhunter

Finds every licensed fitter in the state, rings or emails the lot and has the best three on the phone with you by Friday.

  • Compliance across the whole company

Every ticket, licence, rego, machine inspection, insurance certificate and safety document tracked and chased. Nobody unqualified and nothing expired goes out.

  • A finance team that closes in a day

Codes every invoice, checks every pay run, closes the month in a day and shows which jobs, crews and customers actually make you money.

Beyond the site

  • Sun forecast for every customer

Reads the forecast and two years of history for their suburb. Each solar customer sees what they’ll generate for two weeks, and when to run the washing.

  • Fix it before they notice

Watches every customer’s battery and system all day, spots the fluctuation and rings them before they know there’s a problem.

  • The portal that sells solar

Before anything’s built, it shows what that exact roof would make each month and which system and battery fit, in a portal worth showing the neighbours.

  • The restaurant floor

Cameras colour-code every table by how long it’s been waiting, and ping the person on the floor at the ten-minute mark.

  • The pothole fleet

Every dash cam on the fleet finds every pothole, raises the job and lodges it for tender.

  • Every company’s books

Reads every public company’s reports the day they land, then shows the ones that fit your criteria and what to ask them next.

  • Track the herd

Satellite imagery and movement data showing where the animals are and where they’re heading.

Some of what we’ve built

Each one has a live demo on sample data.

The problem

You’re paying wages for work a machine does cheaper and better.

  • Human error

One mistyped number becomes a wrong order, a wrong invoice or a wrong pay run. Someone finds it weeks later and fixes it twice.

  • Outdated procedures

Written years ago, slow and clunky, and half of it only lives in one person’s head.

  • Things get missed

Systems that don’t talk to each other, so quotes go quiet, paperwork goes missing and work slips through.

  • Wages on repetitive work

Your best-paid people lose hours every week to work AI does at a fraction of the cost, and does more accurately.

None of it needs a person. All of it needs doing. That’s the gap we fill.

Besides the money

The part that never makes the spreadsheet

  • Get it out of your head

The dates, the follow-ups and who owes what stop living in your memory.

  • The whole business on one screen

Cash, jobs, people and what’s overdue, without asking anyone.

  • No nasty surprises

Problems show up on Monday, while they’re still small and cheap.

  • Stop being the bottleneck

Work keeps moving without every decision waiting on you.

  • Take a real holiday

Things still get done, and you’re not checking your phone on the beach.

  • Knowledge stays when people leave

It doesn’t walk out the door with your longest-serving person.

  • Ready for an audit, any day

When someone asks for the paperwork, it’s already there.

  • Easier to sell one day

Buyers pay for a business that runs on systems instead of its owner.

Next step

The infrastructure gap is costing you more than you think.

The businesses pulling ahead aren’t working harder. They’re running on better infrastructure. We build it, you own it, and it compounds. 15 minutes with a founder, no slides. If there’s no saving worth chasing, we’ll tell you.

Questions, answered first

Do we have to change our software?

You don’t have to. We plug into what you already run, like Xero, OneDrive, your inboxes and email. If the audit shows that having everything in one place would be cheaper and easier, we’ll show you the numbers and you decide. Our job is the easiest implementation: one that doesn’t disrupt how your team works, only makes it faster, gives your staff their time back and gives you room to scale.

Custom build or off-the-shelf automation tools?

Custom. Off-the-shelf automation tools are often packed with features you’ll never use and confusing to run. We build what your business needs, set it all up for you, and make sure it’s running properly inside your business.

Why not just hire someone?

A senior engineer costs $150,000 or more a year, takes months to find and only covers one discipline. With us you get a team across automation, AI and data, working from one plan, and we only build what the audit says will pay.

Who owns it?

You do. It runs in accounts in your name, and you get the documentation, handover and training to run it yourself. We sign an NDA as standard, so your data stays yours.
